Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For high-performance bicycles, please allow an additional 48 hours for our technicians to perform a safety inspection and professional tuning before dispatch.
How do I determine the correct frame size for my road bike?
We provide a detailed size guide on every product page based on height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more aggressive racing position or sizing up for increased comfort.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all apparel. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include the original tags. Please note that for hygiene reasons, bib shorts must be tried on over clean undergarments.
Do Van Rysel bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all Van Rysel carbon frames come with a 5-year warranty, while aluminum frames carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components are covered by their respective manufacturers for 2 years.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and a unique number to follow your delivery in real-time.
